- Retainer― Highest level of service; dedicated and exclusive. Our average retainer fill rate is over 90%
- Modified Retainer/Container― Similar to retainer with flexible options to fit hiring management needs.
- Contingent―Eliminates the risk of an initial fee. Pay only for results. Fee is assessed when candidate starts work.
Under contingent agreements, we suggest an exclusive to semi-exclusive relationship to increase fill rate and level of service. To further increase fill rate, we suggest a retainer or modified retainer agreement.
